Return & Exchange Policy

At HoodFlex, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery.

Eligibility
    •    Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
    •    Returns must be requested within 15 days from the date the order was marked as delivered.
    •    Final sale, limited edition, and discounted items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process
    1.    Email our support team at HoodFlexLa@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
    2.    Once your return is approved, you’ll receive return instructions and the return address.
    3.    Ship your item(s) back using a trackable shipping service.
    •    Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Refunds
    •    Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
    •    Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
    •    If the item does not meet our return conditions, it may be sent back at your expense.

Exchanges
    •    Exchanges are subject to product availability.
    •    To request an exchange, indicate your preferred size or style when contacting our support team.
    •    Once your original item is received and approved, your replacement will be shipped.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Our team will review your case and arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
