ORDERS
When will my order ship?
All Hoodflex orders are processed within 4 to 8 business days. Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email or text.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can only be changed or canceled within 12 hours of placing them. After that, your order is already being processed. To cancel your order message HoodFlexLa@gmail.com.
My tracking number isn’t updating — what should I do?
Tracking updates can take 24–48 hours after shipment. If it still hasn’t updated after that, contact HoodFlexLa@gmail.com and we’ll look into it.
SHIPPING
Do you ship internationally?
No, HoodFlex does not ship worldwide. HoodFlex only ships to the United States. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by location and will be shown at checkout.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What’s your return policy?
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

How do I start a return or exchange?
Email our support team at HoodFlexLa@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll send you return instructions within 2-4 business days.

Are HoodFlex hoodies true to size?
Yes — our hoodies fit true to size with a slightly relaxed streetwear fit. If you prefer an oversized look, we recommend going up one size.
Will the rhinestones fall off?
No. Every HoodFlex rhinestone piece is made with premium heat-set stones designed for long-lasting shine and durability. If you use the hoodie aggressively a few rhinestones may fall off, but you won't even realize. Handle with care and avoid machine drying to keep your hoodie looking fresh. If you don't follow the washing instructions rhinestones may fall off!
How do I wash my rhinestone hoodie?
• Turn it inside out
• Cold wash on gentle cycle
• Hang or air dry only
• Do not iron directly over rhinestones
